Justin Watkins, 26, of 120 Stafford St., Springfield, saw charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and a motor vehicle lights violation brought by Westfield police not prosecuted.
Rebecca J. Gilman, 39, of 11 Randall St., Agawam, saw charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and operating an uninsured motor vehicle brought by Westfield police not prosecuted.
Kenneth A. Yurko, 22, of 26 Blandford Hill Road, Huntington, admitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of trespass brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding and dismissed upon payment of a $50 assessment.
Tinelle S. Guzman 21, of 118 Elm St., admitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of assault and battery brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for six months. She was assessed $50, ordered to stay at least 100 yards away from the victim and was enjoined from making any threats or violence toward the victim.
