Gina Andia, 29, of 260 Elm St., submitted to facts sufficient to warrant guilty a finding for a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for three months. She was assessed $90 and found to be not responsible for a charge of operating a motor vehicle without a valid inspection sticker.
Sarah M. Phelps, 20, of 71 Berkshire Ave., Southwick, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license brought by Agawam police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for three months. She was assessed $50 and found to be responsible for a charge of speeding for which she was assessed $100.
Mario Navone, 33, of 55 Janet Drive, West Springfield, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for three months. He was assessed $50.
Edna Clintron, 34, of 36 Malden St., Springfield, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of operating an uninsured motor vehicle brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding and dismissed upon payment of assessments totaling $100. He was found to be not responsible for a charge of failure to wear a seat belt and a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license was not prosecuted.
Andrew J. Pitoniak, 39, of 26 Otis St., saw charges of breaking and entering a building in the nighttime with intent to commit a felony and vandalizing property brought by Westfield police dismissed without prejudice.

Anthony G. Wallace, 19, of 22 Moore St., Agawam, was placed on pretrial probation for six months after he was arraigned on two charges of assault and battery brought by Westfield State College police.
Larry J. Saccamando, 52, of 248 Amherst Road, Belchertown, pleaded guilty to two charges of larceny of property valued more than $250 brought by Westfield police and was sentenced to two concurrent terms in the house of correction to be served concurrently with a sentence imposed for an unrelated offense by another Massachusetts court.
Justin Fitzmaurice, 20, of 2 Old Forge Road, Belchertown, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of disorderly conduct brought by Westfield State University police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for six months. He was assessed $50.
David Rock, 58, of 980 Russell Road, pleaded guilty to a charge of operating under the influence of liquor brought by State Police and was placed on probation for one year. He was assessed $350, ordered to complete a Drug Alcohol Education Program at a cost of $817.22 and his license was suspended for 45 days.
Rachael M. Allen, 19, of 11 Pineywood Road, Southwick, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant guilty findings for charges of assault and battery and assault and battery with a dangerous weapon brought by Agawam police and the charges were continued without a finding with probation for six months. She was assessed $90 and ordered to pay restitution of $773.
Freddy Borrero, 34, of 18 Burton St., Springfield, pleaded guilty to a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license brought by Westfield police and was sentence to a 120 day term in the house of correction, suspended, with probation for one year. He was assessed $50.
Joshua R. Garneau, 26, of 21 Guy Place, West Springfield, was released on his personal recognizance pending a Dec. 28 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, a subsequent offense, and speeding in violation of special regulations brought by Westfield police.
