Timothy Hubbard, 28, of 86 Ottawa St., Agawam, was released on his personal recognizance pending a Feb. 22, 2013, hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of larceny of property valued more than $250 by a single scheme brought by Westfield police.
Stacy A. Parent, 25, of 116 Belmont Ave., Springfield, was released on his personal recognizance pending a Feb. 22, 2013, hearing after he was arraigned on charges of larceny of property valued more than $250 by a single scheme and uttering a false check brought by Westfield police.
Katherine P. Malave, 20, of 191 Main St., Russell, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of assault and battery brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for three months. She was assessed $50.
Jessica L. Costigan, 23, of an address restricted by the court, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of leaving the scene of a property damage accident brought by State Police and the charge was continued without a finding and dismissed upon payment of fees and assessments totaling $100. She was found to be responsible for a charge of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and was assessed $100.

Scott S. Nye, 29, of 39 Londonderry Way, Uxbridge, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of operating under the influence of liquor brought by State Police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for one year. He was assessed $350, ordered to complete a Drug Alcohol Education Program at a cost of $567.22 and his license was suspended for 210 days. Charges of negligent operation of a motor vehicle and being a person younger than the legal drinking age in possession of alcohol were not prosecuted.
Katherine A. Kennedy, 23, of 1298 Blandford Road, Russell, pleaded guilty to a charge of shoplifting by concealing merchandise brought by Westfield police and was placed on probation for one year. She was assessed $50.
Joseph S. Vazquez, 22, of 50 Southampton Road, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle brought by State Police and the charge was continued without a finding and dismissed upon payment of a $50 fee. He was found to be responsible for a motor vehicle lights violation and was assessed $50.
Stephanie A. Forrette, 25, of 10 Washington St., submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for three months. She was assessed $50. In a separate case also brought by Westfield police, Forrette submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of shoplifting merchandise valued at more than $100 by recording false value and that charge was also continued without a finding with probation for three months. She was assessed and additional $50. A charge of larceny of property valued more than $250 by a single scheme was not prosecuted.
Alexander C. Rose, 19, of 525 Curve St., Bridgewater, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of operating under the influence of liquor brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for one year. He was assessed $350, ordered to complete a Drug Alcohol Education Program at a cost of $817.22 and his license was suspended for 210 days. A charge of negligent operation of a motor vehicle was not prosecuted and he was found to be not responsible for a charge of failure to stop or yield.

Kevin C. Kane, 32, of 98 Alhambra Circle, Agawam was held in lieu of $1,000 cash bail pending a Jan. 11, 2013, hearing when he was arraigned on a charge of larceny of property valued more than $250 brought by Westfield police. He was also held in lieu of $1,000 cash bail pending a Jan. 11, 2013, hearing when he was arraigned on a charge of larceny of property valued more than $250 and three charges of larceny of property valued less than $250 brought by Agawam police. Kane was also arraigned on two charges of larceny from a person older than 65 years-of-age and a charge of larceny of property valued more than $250 by false pretenses brought by Westfield police and was again was held in lieu of $1,000 cash bail pending a Jan. 11, 2013, hearing.
Sharon D. Fuller, 32, of 104 Kenyon St., Springfield, was held in lieu of $1,000 cash bail after he was arraigned on charges of uttering a false check and larceny of property valued more than $250 by a single scheme brought by Westfield police.
Thomas M. Bouvier, 23, of 197 Dwight St., East Longmeadow, was found to have violated probation imposed when he submitted to facts sufficient to warrant guilty findings for charges of larceny of property valued more than $250 and larceny of a credit card brought by Southwick police and his probation was extended until March 14, 2013.
Frederick E. Watson, 40, of 146 Carew St., Springfield, was released on his personal recognizance pending a Feb. 22, 2013, hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of assault and battery brought by Westfield police.
Pedro A. Marcano, 21, of 182 Nursery St., Springfield, saw charges of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon and attempted murder dismissed after he was indicted arraigned on the same charges in superior court.
John J. Fitzgibbons, 55, of 6 Columbia St., submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of operating under the influence of liquor brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for one year. He was assessed $350, ordered to complete a Drug Alcohol Education Program at a cost of $250 and his license was suspended for 45 days. A charge of negligent operation of a motor vehicle was not prosecuted.
Tara M. Buttress, 36, of P.O. Box 1152, Southwick, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for two charges of assault and battery on a police officer and a charge of disorderly conduct brought by Southwick police and the charges were continued without a finding with probation for one year.
