Jason Pappas, 29, of 76 Chapel St., Chicopee saw a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license brought by Westfield police not prosecuted due to insufficient evidence.
Robert Pereira, 22, of 868 Southampton Road, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of assault with a dangerous weapon brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for three months. He was assessed $50.
Janet Fong, 46, of 71 Woodmont St., submitted to facts sufficient to warrant guilty findings for charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and operating a motor vehicle with suspended registration brought by Westfield police and the charges were continued without a finding with probation for three months. She was assessed $50. She was found to be not responsible for a charge of operating a motor vehicle without a valid inspection sticker.
Harold F. MacDonald, 50, of 1418 Blandford Road, Russell, was held without right to bail pending a Dewc. 14 dangerousness hearing after he was arraigned on charges of assault, assault with a dangerous weapon, secreting, throwing, launching or placing explosive and attempted arson of a dwelling house brought by State Police.
Melissa L. Gibney, 40, of 868 Southampton Road, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for three months. She was assessed $50.
Melissa Avery, 39, of 171 Laurel Road, West Springfield, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of operating an uninsured motor vehicle and the charge was continued without a finding and dismissed upon payment of fees and assessments totaling $100. She was found to be responsible for a charge of speeding and was assessed $100.
Sergey Nemchinsky, 23, of 40 Hemlock St., Springfield, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for three months. He was assessed $50.
Robert W. Gilmet Jr., 46, of 33 Atwater St., pleaded guilty to a charge of disturbing the peace brought by Westfield State University police and was placed on probation for six months. A charge of trespass was not prosecuted.
