Pulseline

PulseLine, December 28, 2012

Hi PulseLine, probably the last time calling because I don’t think I’ll be buying your paper anymore. I don’t see the point in it. You can enlighten me and tell me the things I would look for in your paper that I cannot get off the news or the Internet. Why would I buy this? My favorite things are the PulseLine and the police log. I see the police logs diminishing now. Is there a reason that’s gone away? You guys too busy you can’t handle typing that either, like the PusleLine? I really wish you’d sell the paper back to the guy you bought it from. I don’t understand why I would buy it. My two favorite things are gone. I have to call in. I cannot afford a computer, nor do I know how to use one. And I don’t want to learn to use one. That’s just the way I am and there’s millions of people that don’t want one. You’re very ignorant by not switching over to that. You get the people calling and telling you they want it that way and you’re not out for the people. You raise the price of the paper a whole freakin’ quarter. It’s nothing but pictures. There’s nothing in it. I don’t know… tell me why I would want to buy this paper in your answer Mr. Berry, OK? Cuz I don’t see the purpose. My two favorite things again: PulseLine and police log. Letters to the Editor. You got crap for sports in there. There’s nothing. You do a NASCAR write-up… playoff time, football, you could highlight the Patriots in there during the playoffs, you could do that about the Red Sox, talk about the strike a little, somethin’. I don’t know why I should buy your paper. Please tell me why. And I hope you do write it, usually you are up to writing the story, so… I would like you to tell me why I should buy it again. Bye. Feel free to have a discussion with Patrick Berry any time about the news. He can be reached at 413-562-4181 ext 101 or by e-mail: [email protected]

Hey – what happened to the PulseLine? You only putting one article or two call-ins, and so on and so forth in there every day. I’m sure you got more stuff than that. People enjoy reading the PulseLine and it sells your newspapers. And while I got you on the phone: can anybody tell me if Wudkevich Park, which used to be where the start of the new bridge is now, was recreated? I think it was but I can’t quite remember where it is. Can somebody call in and tell me where Wudkevitch Park is now? Thank you.  We print every comment that is submitted with a priority going to electronic submissions: e-mail or through the web site. When time allows we will retype the voice-mail messages.
