Anthony J. Montagne, 41, of 726 Sackett Street, was ordered to make no threats or violence toward the victim, remain alcohol and drug free and be subject to random testing and to comply with all protective orders when he was held in lieu of $300 cash bail pending a May 24 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of assault and battery brought by Westfield police.
Justin M. Allen, 23, of 26 Pineywood Road, Southwick, was ordered to make no threats or violence toward the victim, remain drug free and be subject to random testing and to comply with all protective orders when he was released on his personal recognizance pending a June 21 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of assault and battery brought by Southwick police.
