Nicholas R. Cote, 24, of no fixed address in Westfield, was held in lieu of $100 after he was arraigned on a charge of resisting arrest brought by Agawam police.
Jose M. Velez, 40, of 15 Fowler St., was held in lieu of $500 cash bail pending a June 12 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of possession of a Class B drug with intent to distribute and possession of a Class D drug with intent to distribute.
Yaribeth Velez, 35, of 15 Fowler St., was released on $200 cash bail pending a June 12 hearing after she was arraigned on charges of possession of a Class B drug with intent to distribute and possession of a Class D drug with intent to distribute.
Joel Hernandez, 18, of 15 Fowler St., was released on his personal recognizance pending a June 12 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of possession of a Class D drug with intent to distribute.
Maria E. Torres, 37, of 24 Dover St., Springfield, was released on $100 cash bail pending a July 24 hearing after she was arraigned on charges of writing an improper prescription and larceny of property valued less than $250 brought by Westfield police.
