Gary Harnden, 25, of 10 Princeton St., submitted to facts sufficient to warrant guilty findings for charges larceny from a building and larceny of property valued more than $250 brought by Westfield police and the charges were continued without a finding with probation for six months. She was assessed $90 and ordered to pay restitution of $700. In a separate case also brought by Westfield police, Harnden saw charges of breaking and entering a building in the nighttime with intent to commit a felony and larceny of property valued less than $250 not prosecuted due to insufficient evidence.
Sharon Loomis, 44, of 67 Lakeside Drive, Granby, Conn., submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of operating an uninsured motor vehicle brought by Southwick police and the charge was continued without a finding and dismissed upon payment of $200 in fees and assessments.
Kyle Jodoin, 24, of 929 Shaker Road, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant guilty findings for charges of operating an uninsured motor vehicle and operating a motor vehicle with suspended registration brought by State Police and the charges were continued without a finding and dismissed upon payment of $200 in fees and assessments.
Timothy M. Hallenbeck, 56, of 250 Main St., Easthampton, was found to be responsible for charges of operating a motor vehicle with suspended registration and operating a motor vehicle without a valid inspection sticker brought by Westfield police. A charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license was not prosecuted.
Matthew J. Bush, 32, of 51 Yeoman Ave., was released on $1,000 personal surety pending an Aug. 6 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license brought by Westfield police.
Tamora L. Kane, 35, of an address restricted by the court, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license brought by State Police and the charge was continued without a finding and dismissed upon payment of fees and assessments totaling $100. She was found to be not responsible for a charge of operating a motor vehicle without a valid inspection sticker and a charge of operating an uninsured motor vehicle was not prosecuted.
Maria E. Torres, 37, of 24 Dover St., Springfield, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant guilty findings for charges of writing an improper prescription and larceny of property valued less than $250 brought by Westfield police and the charges were continued without a finding with probation for six months. She was assessed $50.
Jeremy B. Johnson, 32, of 136 Point Grove Road, Southwick, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant guilty findings for charges of operating an uninsured motor vehicle and operating a motor vehicle with suspended registration brought by Southwick police and the charges were continued without a finding with probation for three months. He was assessed $50 and found to be not responsible for a charge of operating a motor vehicle without a valid inspection sticker.
Thomas H. Favreau Jr., 25, of 18 Woodside Circle, Southwick submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor brought by Southwick police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for one year. He was assessed $400, ordered to complete a Drug Alcohol Education Program at a cost of $817.22 and his license was suspended for 45 days. A charge of negligent operation of a motor vehicle was not prosecuted.
James S. Guillmette, 31, of 128 Elm St., was released on his personal recognizance pending a Sept. 12 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of larceny of property valued more than $250 and larceny of property valued less than $250 brought by Westfield police. Guillmette was also arraigned on a charge of possession of heroin brought as a separate case by Westfield police and was again released on his personal recognizance pending a Sept. 12 hearing.
Michael D. Hoynoski, 38, of 141 Jasper St., Springfield, pleaded guilty to charges of assault and battery on a police officer, resisting arrest and disorderly conduct brought by Westfield police and was sentenced to a one year term in the house of correction, suspended, with probation for one year. He was assessed $50.
Jimmy Jacobs, 29, of 130 Valleyview Avenue, Woronoco, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant guilty findings for charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and resisting arrest brought by Westfield police and the charges were continued without a finding with probation for three months. He was assessed $50 and was found to be not responsible for a motor vehicle lights violation.

Tiffany Kozak, 37, of 8 Curtis Road, Southwick, was released on her personal recognizance pending an Aug. 30 hearing after she was arraigned on a charge of operating an uninsured motor vehicle brought by Southwick police.
Zachary J. Losacano, 29, of 111 Belmont Ave., West Springfield, was released on his personal recognizance pending an Aug. 28 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of breaking and entering a building in the nighttime with intent to commit a felony and larceny of property valued more than $250 brought by Westfield police.
Joshua A. Dejesus, 32, of 73 Farnum Drive, Holyoke, pleaded guilty to a charge of assault and battery brought by Westfield police and was placed on probation for one year. He was assessed $50.
Anthony M. Rhodes, 32. Of 5 Vining Hill Road, Southwick, was released on $200 personal surety pending an Aug. 14 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of disorderly conduct brought by Agawam police.
Christina E. Johnson, 63, of 1 Lewis St., was found to be not responsible for a municipal ordinance violation after she failed to pay a citation issued by Westfield police for blocking a sidewalk.
Manuel R. Garcia, 50, of 27 Frederick St., submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of possession of heroin, a subsequent offense, brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation until July 14, 2014. He was assessed $50 and ordered to pay a $150 drug analysis fee.
