Anthony V. Stirlacci, 30, of 38 Westmoreland Ave., Longmeadow, was released on his personal recognizance pending a Sept. 10 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of disorderly conduct and a municipal ordinance violation brought by Westfield police.
Robert Wensley, 36, of 11 Russellville Road, Southampton, was released on his personal recognizance pending a Sept. 10 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of breaking and entering in the nighttime with intent to commit a felony and larceny of property valued more than $250 brought by Westfield police.
Theresa L. Bailey, 44, of 129 Avenue A, Turners Halls, was released on her personal recognizance pending a Sept. 10 hearing after she was arraigned on charges of trespass and disorderly conduct brought by Granville police.
Bruce M. Spradling, 50, of 180 Federal St., Greenfield, was released on his personal recognizance pending a Sept. 10 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of trespass and disorderly conduct brought by Granville police.

Carl E. Courchesne, 42, of 29 Cottage St., Southampton, was released on his personal recognizance pending a Sept. 24 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of possession of a Class B drug brought by Westfield police.
Richard J. Westbrook, 44, of 120 Hampton Ave., was released on his personal recognizance pending a Sept. 24 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of possession of a Class B drug brought by Westfield police.
Mark J. Gilmore, 36, of 30 Bates Road, was released on $1,000 personal surety after he was arraigned on a charge of failure to register as a sex offender brought by Westfield police.
Mark M. Rudy, 41, of 9 Myrtle Ave., saw a charge of assault and battery brought by Westfield police dismissed at the request of the victim.
Steven M. Raskauskas, 17, of 92 Meadow St., was released on his personal recognizance pending a Sept. 24 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of vandalizing property brought by Westfield police.
Robert David Taylor, 50, of 65 Notre Dame St., was released on his personal recognizance pending a Sept. 24 hearing in each of two cases brought by Westfield police. In each case Taylor was arraigned on a charge of violation of an abuse prevention order and in one of the cases he was also arraigned on a charge of trespass.
Paul R. Prentice, 36, of 3 Fourth St., Southwick, saw charges of assault and battery and intimidating a witness brought by Southwick police dismissed at the request of the victim when she asserted her marital privilege and refused to testify.
James A. Fifield, 38, of 30 Park St., was released on his personal recognizance pending a Sept. 25 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle with a license suspended for operating under the influence and unsafe operation of a motor vehicle brought by Southwick police.
