1:52 a.m.: disturbance, Church Street at Washington Street, a supervisory officer reports he was outside the station briefly and heard somebody yelling, an officer was dispatched to investigate and reports that only one party of the altercation was still in the area and that young man would provide only sketchy details of an incident which occurred in the common areas of a collegiate housing building;
3:10 a.m.: larceny, Lockhouse Road, a caller reports his GPS device was stolen from his vehicle, the responding officer reports the complainant said that he had left his vehicle for service and when he reclaimed it he found his GPS device had been stolen;
6:12 a.m.: assist citizen, Hampden Street, a caller reports key are locked inside a running vehicle in a driveway, the responding firefighters report entry was gained;
12:26 p.m.: identity fraud, Western Avenue, a resident reports via the online reporting option that she has been the victim of identity fraud;
12:37 p.m.: parking complaint, Gail Drive a caller reports plows have plowed around a parked vehicle, the responding officer reports he was unable to contact the vehicle owner and it was towed to the police impound yard;
12:51 p.m.: traffic complaint, North Elm Street, a patrol officer reports about six vehicles are stuck on Clay Hill, an officer was detailed to halt northbound traffic until the hill is plowed, the roadway was again passable at 1:27 p.m., subsequent callers requested sanders and plows for other vehicles which were reportedly stranded on Glenwood Drive, Pontoosic Road, East Mountain Road, Russell Road, Notre Dame Street and Linda Drive;
6:13 p.m.: assist other agency, Woodsong Road, a DPW plow operator reports that a resident shoveling his driveway when the plow passed apparently became upset that the plow had left a berm at the end of his driveway and threw a shovel-full of snow at the plow truck’s windshield, the responding officer reports he identified the resident who said that the driver was deliberately piling snow in front of his mailbox, the officer explained that the plow driver was just doing his job, the resident apologized and said it would not happen again.
