WESTFIELD – Stella A. (Pacinella) Parisi, 93, passed away Tuesday, March 4, 2014 in Westfield. Born and raised in Westfield, Stella was a lifelong resident, a 1939 graduate of Westfield High School, and a communicant of St Mary’s Church.
She was a retired 10 year employee at the former Digital Corp. in Westfield. Prior to that she worked at the former White’s Quaint Shoppe in Westfield for 15 years. Stella enjoyed knitting and drawing.
She was predeceased by her husband, Anthony S. in 1988. She was also predeceased by all her siblings; Charles, Augie, Sam, Sophie Qualtone, and Delphina Willard. She leaves her daughter, Joanne T. Ciancotti of Westfield; her grandson, Anthony Ciancotti of Salem and her granddaughter, Theresa Pelegano of Westfield; 2 great grandchildren, Saraphina and John Pelegano.
Her funeral will be Saturday, March 8th at 9:30 a.m. from the Robert E Cusack Funeral Home, 94 Main Street, (Route 20), followed by a Mass of Christian Burial to be celebrated at 10:30 a.m. in St. Mary’s Church. Burial will be in St. Mary’s Cemetery, all in Westfield. Visiting hours are Friday, March 7th from 5:00-8:00 p.m.
