Joshua Gravell, 18, of 8 Wildflower Circle, was released on his personal recognizance pending a Dec. 22 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of assault and battery and violation of an abuse prevention order brought by Westfield police.
Zachary Bishop, 21, of 109 Summer Drive, Southwick, was released on his personal recognizance pending a Dec. 29 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor and negligent operation of a motor vehicle brought by Southwick police.
Christopher C. Wert, 27, of 593 Southwick Road, was released on his personal recognizance pending a Dec. 30 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and failure to stop or yield brought by Westfield police.
Gregory R. Schouler, 25, of 80 Schooner Lane, Hyannis, was released on his personal recognizance pending a Dec. 22 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor, failure to stop or yield, negligent operation of a motor vehicle and a marked lanes violation brought by Westfield police.
Ryan Fullam, 19, of 48 Auriga St., Dorchester, was released on his personal recognizance pending a Feb. 22 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of being a person younger than the legal drinking age in possession of liquor brought by Westfield State University police.
Michael J. Green, 19, of 32 Savoy Ave., East Longmeadow, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of being a person younger than the legal drinking age in possession of liquor brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding and dismissed upon payment of fees and assessments totaling $100.
Joseph V. Penna, 26, of 61 Soiuth Westfield St., Feeding Hills, pleaded guilty of charges of assault and battery, assault and battery with a dangerous weapon and threatening to commit a crime and was sentenced to two concurrent one year terms in the house of correction and a concurrent six month term with six months to be served direct and the balance suspended with probation until 3 Nov., 2016. He was assessed $90.
Juan Claudio, 31, of 55 Laurel St., Springfield, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant guilty findings for charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor brought and negligent operation of a motor vehicle brought by Westfield police and the charges were continued without a finding with probation for one year. He was assessed $600, ordered to complete a Driver Alcohol Education Program at a cost of $956.76 and his license was suspended for 45 days. He was found to be not responsible for a marked lanes violation.
Gregory Myers, 23, of 73 Washington St., Springfield, was released on his personal recognizance pending a Dec. 8 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of assault and battery on a family or household member brought by Westfield police.
