6:49 a.m.: larceny, Coolidge Avenue, a caller reports his dirt bike was stolen overnight, the responding officer reports the caller said that the bike had been chained up behind his garage when it was stolen;
7:03 a.m.: motor vehicle violation, East Main Street, a patrol officer requests a tow for a vehicle found to have expired registration, the vehicle was towed to the police impound yard;
9:26 a.m.: city ordinance violation, Main Street at Casimir Street, a code enforcement officer reports he observed an illegally posted realty sign on the city tree belt, the officer reports the sign was removed;
10:06 a.m.: motor vehicle violation, Springfield Road, a patrol officer requests a tow for a vehicle found to have expired registration, the vehicle was towed to the police impound yard;
11:17 a.m.: motor vehicle violation, Union Street, a patrol officer requests a tow for a vehicle found to have expired registration, the vehicle was towed to the police impound yard and a female party was provided a courtesy transport to a Union Street address;
11:31 a.m.: incapacitated person, William Street, a caller reports a female sitting outside her home appears to be intoxicated, the responding officer reports he found that the person had been drinking alcohol but was not intoxicated, the officer reports the woman said she had medical issues and was resting, the officer assisted the woman to her William Street home;
5:53 p.m.: vandalism, Colonial Pine Acres, 50 Southampton Road, a caller from the housing authority reports that it appears as if electrical wires at the housing complex were intentionally cut, the responding officer reports that a seal protecting access to main electrical supply switches was cut apparently as part of an ongoing dispute between residents;
7:40 p.m.: disturbance, Elm Street, a caller from an Elm Street liquor store reports that a customer who refused to provide identification when he sought to purchase alcohol is refusing to leave and creating a disturbance, the responding officer reports the man was served with a ‘no trespassing’ order.
