10:34 a.m.: motor vehicle violation, Arnold Street, a patrol officer reports a traffic stop, the vehicle’s registration was found to be expired and it was towed to the police impound yard;
11:35 a.m.: motor vehicle violation, Franklin Street, a patrol officer reports a traffic stop, the vehicle’s registration was found to be expired and it was towed to the police impound yard;
1:50 p.m.: city ordinance violation, Alexander Place, a caller complains about a man who has walked his unleashed dog through her yard repeatedly despite a previous conversation with an officer, the responding officer reports he spoke with all the involved parties and believes the issue has been resolved;
3:26 p.m.: vandalism, Main Street, a caller reports his vehicle was vandalized, the responding officer reports that the complainant said that he suspects that a person with whom he was involved in an earlier altercation is responsible for the damage but there is no evidence to support his theory, the officer notes that car is not registered;
5:46 p.m.: suspicious vehicle, Servistar Industrial Way, a patrol officer reports he encountered a vehicle parked on the side of the road with the engine running and the hazard lights flashing, the officer reports the single male occupant was passed out but eventually roused, the officer reports the man displayed the classic symptoms of alcohol intoxication but declined to attempt a field sobriety test, Thomas T. Ray Jr., 24, of 4 Brookside Glen Jr., was arrested for operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor, negligent operation of a motor vehicle and possession of an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle.
