Colin J. Pacheco, 20, of 4 Lenox St., Feeding Hills, was released on $1,000 cash bail pending a Dec. 12 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of statutory rape of a child and indecent assault and battery on a child younger than 14 brought by Westfield police.
Crystal C. Forgette, 29, of 130 Colton St., West Springfield, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for three months. She was assessed $50 and found to be not responsible for a charge of speeding in violation of special regulations.
Juan F. Gonzalez, 40, of 62 Grew Ave., Roslindale, was released on his personal recognizance pending a Feb. 4 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license (a subsequent offense) and a marked lanes violation brought by Westfield police.
Daniel J. Larrabee, 44, of 22 Margerie St., was released on his personal recognizance pending a Feb. 4 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license (a subsequent offense) and a number plate violation.
