3:16 a.m.: incapacitated person, Elm Street, a patrol officer reports he observed a woman carrying a trash bag who appears to be intoxicated, the officer reports he provided the woman a courtesy transport to a friend’s residence but she was not welcome there, the officer reports a Summer Street resident agreed to care for the woman and she was provided a courtesy transport there;
11:09 a.m.: motor vehicle complaint, Main Street, a caller reports an erratic operator almost struck her vehicle in a parking lot, the responding officer reports the operator of the suspect vehicle was highly agitated and extremely uncooperative, the officer found that the vehicle’s registration was revoked and the plates were seized, the operator yelled at the officer as he removed the plates and then locked herself in the car and refused to speak with the officer further, the officer left the woman in the car which was then parked on private property;
7:55 p.m.: larceny, Court Street, a resident came to the station to report LED light assemblies had been stolen from his vehicle, the responding officer reports that the man said that the lights, which he valued at about $400, had been attached with double-sided tape and he believes that they were stolen by his former girlfriend who had threatened his truck when they broke up about two weeks earlier.
