2:26 a.m.: assist citizen, Main Street at Meadow Street, a patrol officer reports she provided a man wearing a tee shirt in 15 degree weather a courtesy transport to his home;
8:34 a.m.: suspicious activity, Gary Drive, a caller reports that she believes someone attempted to break into her home, the responding officer reports the caller said that she was awakened by a noise outside and investigated to find footprints in the snow encircling her home and going up to her back deck, the woman described a person running to a described vehicle and leaving the area, no entry appeared to have been attempted and none was gained;
12:33 p.m.: noise complaint, Morris Avenue, a caller reports excessively loud music, the responding officer reports that the music was found to be so loud that he had to wait for a break in the music to get the resident’s attention, the resident agreed to turn down the music;
4:43 p.m.: animal complaint, Radisson Lane, a caller reports she took custody of an injured stray chocolate Labrador retriever dog, the responding animal control officer reports the dog was transported to the municipal animal shelter;
7:08 p.m.: incapacitated person, Church Street, a caller reports observing an intoxicated man staggering in the municipal parking lot, the responding officer reports he found a man urinating in a parking lot with his trousers down around his ankles and a large puddle forming at his feet, the man was placed in protective custody.
