WESTFIELD – Aileen M. Weaver, 73 (1949-2022), passed away on Thursday, December 15, 2022 at Mercy Medical Center. She was born in Springfield to the late Francis and Martha (Duggan) Neylon and was a graduate of St. Mary’s High School. Aileen attended swim classes at the Westfield YMCA and loved spending time with her grandson Xavier.
Sadly, she was predeceased by her beloved husband Alan J. Weaver in 2009. Aileen is survived by her loving children, Kimberly C. Mitchell and her wife Cori of Gainesville, FL and Shawn J. Weaver and his wife Danielle of Russell, her sister Margaret Himmelheber and her husband Charles of Jacksonville, FL, her brother Francis X. Neylon and his wife Margaret of N. Truro, her cherished grandson Xavier, several nieces and nephews and her dog Daisy.
Her funeral will be held on Wednesday, December 21, 2022 at 8:30 AM in Firtion Adams Funeral Service, 76 Broad St. Westfield, MA followed by a Mass at 9:30AM in St. Mary’s Church, Bartlett St. Westfield. Burial will follow the Mass in the Massachusetts Veterans’ Memorial Cemetery, Main St. Agawam. Visiting hours will be held on Tuesday from 4-7 PM in the funeral home.
