WESTFIELD—Ana Luisa Pratts Rentas, 74, passed away Monday April 3 after a courageous battle with amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS). She leaves behind her four children: Jesus, Jose, Julio and Iraida; six grandchildren: Monica, Frankie, Francisco, Brian, Isaac, and Adiari; and her two great-grandchildren: Jeydelis and Annabella. She was an incredible woman who knew what life was about. No one left her house with an empty belly, without getting a hug, or without hearing her say “I love you”. She touched the heart and soul of everyone that met her. She loved helping everyone and expected nothing in return! She was well-known for her famous cooking; anyone who tried her food would fall in love with it. She was an amazing human being—always happy and full of jokes! She will definitely be missed by many! Calling hours will be held on Friday April 7 from 6-8 pm and Saturday from 9-10 am at the Firtion-Adams Funeral Service, 76 Broad Street, Westfield. The funeral service will be held Saturday at 10 am in the funeral home. Burial will follow in Pine Hill Cemetery, Westfield. Firtionadams.com.
