WESTFIELD – Barbara (Richards) Heath, 66, died suddenly on Thursday, September 12, 2013 in Westfield. She was the daughter of the late Edward and Dorothy (Warner) Richards.
Barbara was born in Westfield, grew up in Granville and attended local schools, graduating from Westfield High School in 1964. She worked for the former Ames Department Store, Cussons Power Equipment Service of Southwick and has been employed at Walmart in Westfield as a sales associate since 1994. She was also a member of the Second Congregational Church.
Barbara leaves her two daughters, Nancy Rogers and her husband Scott of Westfield and Patti Heath of Huntington and her boyfriend Tony Weidman. She also leaves her grandchildren, “her boys” Nick and Doug Rogers. She was predeceased by a son, Edward Rumplick in 2005. Barbara will be missed by her many friends and extended family members.
The funeral will be held on Monday, September 16th at 11:00 a.m. from the Firtion-Adams Funeral Service, 76 Broad Street, Westfield with burial to follow in Pine Hill Cemetery. Calling hours will be held on Sunday from 3:00-6:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
