Jason E. Swift, 31, of Westfield, Mass., was placed on six months probation and ordered to pay $355 in restitution after pleading guilty to charges of larceny under $250 by single scheme and four charges of utter false checks, brought by the Westfield Police.
Keith J. Hebig, 56, of 168 College Highway, Southwick, Mass., was released in lieu of $100 bail pending an Aug. 3 hearing after being arraigned on charges of violating a harassment prevention order and resisting arrest, brought by the Southwick Police.
