Barko, 24, of 25 Skaret Road, East Hartland, Connecticut, was released on her personal recognizance pending a November 4 hearing after being arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, marked lanes violation and assault and battery on a police officer, brought by Southwick police.
Shakeem K. Scott, 32, of 65 Colonial Ave., Springfield, was released on his personal recognizance pending a November 6 hearing after being arraigned on charges of assault and battery of a family/household member and disorderly conduct, brought by Westfield police.
Inna Demyanchuk, 20, of 185 Virginia Ave., West Springfield, had charges of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle dismissed at arraignment upon payment of $100 and was found not responsible for marked lanes violation, brought by Westfield police.
Tyler E. Guenette, 21, of 37 Kelso Ave., West Springfield, was released on his personal recognizance pending an October 30 hearing after being arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and separate charges of state highway-signal/sign/markings violation and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, brought by Westfield police.

Alison Perreault, 20, of 5 Cataumet Lane, West Springfield, had charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license dismissed at arraignment after paying $50 court costs, brought by Westfield State University.
Timothy J. Tracy, 52, of 18 Shore Road, Southwick, was released in lieu of $1,000 cash bail pending a November 6 hearing after being arraigned on charges of assault and battery on a family/household member, assault and battery with a dangerous weapon and strangulation or suffocation, brought by Southwick police.
