Mark M. Rudy, 40, of 7 Myrtle Ave., was released on his personal recognizance pending a June 4 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of assault and battery brought by Westfield police.
Scott J. Consolini, 26, of 54 Riverside Drive, was released on his personal recognizance pending a May 15 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of violation of a protective order brought by Westfield police.
Monica Wilson, 56, of 115 Corvell Road, Tolland, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of operating of motor vehicle with suspended registration brought by Southwick police and the charge was continued without a finding and dismissed upon payment of fees and assessments totaling $100.
Wilfredo Gonzalez, 41, of 18 Green Acre Square, Springfield, was released on his personal recognizance pending a May 24 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of operating of motor vehicle with a suspended license brought by Westfield police.
Ryan W. Puzzo, 32, of 425 N. Loomis St., Southwick, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and the charge was continued without a finding and dismissed upon payment of fees and assessments totaling $100.
Dimitry V. Belyshev, 38, of 49 Kamuda St., Indian Orchard, was released on $200 cash bail pending a May 24 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of operating under the influence of liquor, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, possession of an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle, failure to signal and a marked lanes violation brought by Westfield police.
October L. Goguen, 41, of 421 Main Road, Granville, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of operating under the influence of liquor brought by Southwick police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for one year. She was assessed $350, ordered to complete a Drug Alcohol Education Program at a cost of $817.22 and her license was suspended for 45 days. Charges of negligent operation of a motor vehicle and possession of an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle were not prosecuted and she was found to be not responsible for a marked lanes violation.

Frederick E. Watson, 41, of 146 Carew St., Springfield, saw a charge of assault and battery brought by Westfield police dismissed when the alleged victim asserted her Fifth Amendment rights and refused to testify.
Patrick Young, 35, of 140 Union St., saw charges of leaving the scene of a property damage accident and failure to yield at an intersection brought by Westfield police not prosecuted by the Commonwealth.
Timothy Hubbard, 29, of 86 Ottawa St., Agawam, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of larceny of property valued more than $250 by a single scheme brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for six months. He was assessed $90 and ordered to pay restitution of $128.
Aaron Wright, 33, of 8 Cherry St., was released on his personal recognizance pending a June 4 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of shoplifting by asportation brought by Westfield police.
Liam L. Wright, 36, of 741 Western Ave., pleaded guilty to a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license brought by Westfield police and was sentenced to a 90 day term in the house of correction, suspended, with probation for one year. He was assessed $50. He was found responsible for a state highway violation and was assessed $20.
Robert Mayhew, 26, of 78 Pine Dale Circle, Becket, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant guilty findings for charges of larceny of property valued more than $250 and larceny of property valued more than $250 by a single scheme brought by Westfield. The charges were continued without a finding with probation for one year, he was assessed $90 and ordered to pay restitution of $500.
Beau K. Porter, 20, of 84 Prospect St., Hatfield, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for three months. He was assessed $50 and found to be not responsible for a charge of operating a motor vehicle without a valid inspection sticker. He was found to be responsible for a charge of speeding in violation of special regulations and assessed $100.
Raymond M. Boissonault, 22, of 49 Lowell St., West Springfield was held on $100,000 cash bail without prejudice after he was arraigned on two charges of assault with intent to murder, assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, assault with a dangerous weapon, possession of a Class D drug with intent to distribute, possession of ammunition without a firearms identification card and discharging a firearm within 500 feet of a building brought by Westfield police.
Michael Hawkins, 54, of 16 Furrow St., was released on his personal recognizance pending an April 23 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of shoplifting by concealing merchandise and possession of a Class E drug brought by Westfield police.
Rebecca A. Pachot, 23, of 7 Adams St., Holyoke, was released on her personal recognizance pending a June 6 hearing after she was arraigned on four charges of uttering a false check, two charges of larceny of property valued more than $250 by a single scheme, two charges of improper use of a credit card and a charge of larceny of a credit card brought by Westfield police.
