Alexis J. Michaelian, 19, of 95 Silverlake Drive, Agawam, was ordered to remain drug and alcohol free after she submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of possession of a Class B brought by Westfield police. The charge was continued without a finding with probation for three months and she was assessed $50
Adam J. Gerlip, 24, of 55 Grandview Drive, was released on his personal recognizance pending a June 3 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of larceny of property valued less than $250 brought by Southwick police.
Jonathan Miles, 40, of 3 Belden Court, Agawam, saw charge of breaking and entering with intent to commit a misdemeanor brought by Westfield police not prosecuted after the Commonwealth was unable to make contact with the named victim.
Daniel P. Donovan, 27, of 59 Broad St., was sentenced to two concurrent 127-day terms in the house of correction, with credit for time served awaiting a hearing, after he pleaded guilty to charges of assault and battery and assault and battery with a dangerous weapon brought by Westfield police.
Nicholas A. Thurman, 30, of 79 Franklin St., was held in lieu of $500 cash bail pending an April 25 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and possession of a Class A drug (a subsequent offense) brought by Agawam police.
Miguel Tellez-Calderon, 43, of 147 North Granby, Conn., was found to be responsible for a charge of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle brought by Southwick police and was assessed $50.
Thomas Piotrowski, 36, of 3 Sandra St., Chicopee, was held in lieu of $1,500 cash bail pending an April 25 hearing after he was arraigned on three charges of larceny of property valued more than $250 and three charges of larceny of property valued less than $250 by false pretenses brought by Westfield police.
Mark A. Reed, 47, of 23 Griffin Place, Feeding Hills, was found to be responsible for a charge of shoplifting by asportation brought by Westfield police and was assessed $50.
