22, of 19 Noel St., Springfield, was sentenced to one year in the House of Correction with credit for time served from January 21 after pleading guilty to negligent operation of a motor vehicle, leaving the scene of property damage and receiving stolen motor vehicle, found not responsible for two counts of marked lanes violation and speeding and had charges of unlicensed operation of motor vehicle, brought by Westfield police, dismissed.
Anthony Rego, 20, of 8 Colburn Circle, Hudson, Mass., was placed on six months probation after receiving a probation warning for person under 21 possessing liquor and had charges of possession of Class E drug and possession of Class D, brought by Westfield State University police, dismissed.
Jacob D. Barr, 22, of 54 Barbara St., had charges of operating a motor vehicle with license suspended, brought by Westfield State University police, dismissed.
Joshua R. Miner, 35, of 43 Harvard St., Springfield, had charges of shoplifting by price tag tampering continued without finding dismissed upon payment of $50 and charges of shoplifting by asportation continued without finding dismissed upon payment of $100 and had two counts of shoplifting by asportation, brought by Westfield police, dismissed.
Douglas G. Jaeger, Jr., 29,, 19 Lockhouse Road, had charges of fraud in hiring a vehicle continued without finding dismissed upon payment of $93.90 (of which $43.90 was restitution of cab fare), brought by Westfield police.
Nicholas J. Alaimo, 21, of 15 Pineywood Road, Southwick, was placed on three-months probation after charges of operating a motor vehicle with suspended license were continued without finding and was found not responsible for not having inspection sticker, brought by Southwick police.
