Nathaniel J. Lami, 31, of 50 Southampton Road, was released on his personal recognizance pending a June 11 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, operating a motor vehicle without a valid inspection sticker and speeding brought by Westfield police.
A charge of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle brought against Rodney R. Taylor, 48, of 510 McKinstry St., Chicopee, was not prosecuted because the defendant is deceased.
Carrie L. Chase, 31, of 606 Springfield St., Agawam, pleaded guilty to charges of operating under the influence of liquor (a subsequent offense) and child endangerment while operating under the influence of liquor brought by Westfield police. On the first charge Chase was sentenced to a 127 day term in the house of correction, suspended, with probation for two years, fined $750, assessed $600 and ordered to complete a 14 day residential treatment program. On the second charge, Chase was sentenced to a 90 day term in the house of correction, suspended, with probation for two years and the court ordered that, if the sentences are served due to a violation of probation, they are to be served consecutively. Chase was found to be responsible for a charge of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.

Laura L. Drouin-Bertram, 46, of 45 Otis Tolland Road, Blandford, saw a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license brought by Blandford police not prosecuted because the citation was not given in hand at the time of the violation as required.
Sabrina Georgantas, 33, of 8 Cycle St., was released on her personal recognizance pending a June 27 hearing after she was arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, a subsequent offense, brought by Westfield police.
Carlos G. Dias, 44, of 80 Knollwood Drive, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for three months. He was assessed $50.
Matthew H. Shea, 28, of 22 Kellogg St., was found to have failed to comply with a payment order he agreed to when he pleaded guilty to charges of possession of a Class B drug (a subsequent offense) and possession of a Class E drug (a subsequent offense). A default warrant was issued and an additional $50 fee was imposed.
Kaitlin L. Palzazzi, 21, of 108 Elizabeth Ave., pleaded guilty to a charge of operating under the influence of liquor brought by Westfield police and was sentenced to a 127 day term in the house of correction, suspended, with probation for two years. She ordered to complete a 14 day residential treatment program and assessed $350. A charge of negligent operation of a motor vehicle was not prosecuted and she was found to be not responsible for a charge of speeding.
Dmitriy Dubovoy, 26, of 36 Kellogg St., submitted to facts sufficient to warrant guilty findings for charges of operating an uninsured motor vehicle and operating a motor vehicle with suspended registration brought by State Police and the charges were continued without a finding and dismissed upon payment of fees and assessments totaling $200.
