Gabriel Seda, 36, of 10 W. School St., was released on his personal recognizance pending a June 4 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and speeding brought by Westfield police.
Ashley Smigel, 29, of 82 S. Maple St., was released on her personal recognizance pending a June 3 hearing after she was arraigned on a charge of disorderly conduct brought by Westfield police.
Garry W. Clark, 34, of 1169 Crescent Mills, Russell, was released on his personal recognizance pending a June 3 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of assault and battery brought by State Police.
Haley Kelly, 20, of 21 Essex Road, Milton, was ordered not to abuse the named victim and was placed on pretrial probation of three months after she was arraigned on a charge of assault and battery brought by Westfield State University police.
