Kenneth A. Yurko, 26, of 793 E. Mountain Road, was released on his personal recognizance pending a June 13 hearing after being arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor second offense, negligent operation of motor vehicle and speeding, brought by Westfield police.
Nicholas T. Kaiser, 26, of 92 Trombley Road, East Windsor, Conn., was released on $100 cash bail pending a May 27 hearing after being arraigned on charges of possession of Class A drug, brought by Westfield police.
Jareth Gallant, 26, of 15 Lincoln St., was released on his personal recognizance pending a June 13 hearing after being arraigned on charges of unlicensed operation of motor vehicle, operating motor vehicle with registration suspended and uninsured motor vehicle, brought by State Police Russell.
Michael J. Maslowski, 38, of 10 Laurel Ridge Road, Southwick, was released on his personal recognizance pending a May 27 hearing after being arraigned on charges of possession of Class A drug, brought by Westfield police.
George Sfakios, 64, of 236 Vining Hill Road, Southwick, was released on his personal recognizance pending a June 13 hearing after being arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle with license suspended, brought by Southwick police.
Gary M. Beach, 49, of 30 Rosedell Drive, was placed on 6 months pretrial probation on charges of assault & battery on a police officer, resisting arrest, larceny from person, witness/juror/police/court official intimidation and threat to commit crime, brought by Westfield police.
Jennifer Gingras, 36, of 23 Lincoln St., Feeding Hills, was sentenced to one year in the House of Correction suspended for two years after being found guilty of animal cruelty during a bench trial, brought by Westfield police.
