6:35 a.m.: accident, 126 Union St., 2008 Ford van and motorcycle (towed), motorcyclist taken to Baystate Noble Hospital;
10:40 a.m.: vandalism, Morris St., party reported finding a pry tool near his vehicle and damage to his vehicle;
11:34 a.m.: fraud, Joseph Avenue, party reported being a victim of a Craigslist fraud and losing a “substantial amount” of money;
12:07 p.m.: suspicious person, 41 Franklin St., Joshua J. Snape, 27, of Orange St., arrested on two outstanding warrants;
12:29 p.m.: medical emergency, 140 Russell Road, 23-year-old male found unconscious and then regained consciousness, under influence of narcotics, transported to Baystate Noble Hospital, search warrant obtained for party’s home, Tyler G. Lyttle, 23, of 140 Russell Road, arrested on charges of felony breaking & entering daytime, larceny from building and defacement/vandalize property connected to Dana Street incident from Wednesday; See related story in Monday April 18’s Westfield News
4:29 p.m.: traffic or motor vehicle complaint, N. Elm Street, caller reported seeing a male party (operator) sticking a needle into a female passenger’s arm, a child was also in the vehicle, Kaitlyn M. Small, 26, of 35 Orange St., arrested on charges of possession of Class A drug;
4:34 p.m.: officer wanted, Russell Road School, 754 Russell Road, party alleges her son was physically abused at school today by a staff member who was trying to restrain him;
5:36 p.m.: burglary/breaking & entering, Lockhouse Road, party reported her house was broken into by a possible known suspect;
8:33 p.m.: warrant service, 73 Cardinal Lane, Heather M. Savage, 28, of 73 Cardinal Lane, arrested on an outstanding warrant;
8:50 p.m.: accident, 36 Southwick Road, 2002 Toyota Camry (towed) and 2002 Toyota Tacoma (towed), no injuries.
