Aaron P. Rosenfield, 27, of 353 South Lane, Granville, was released on his personal recognizance pending a June 5 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license (a subsequent offense) and speeding brought by Westfield police.
Elizabeth A. Bala-McPhee, 34, of 342 Southwick Road, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for one year. She was assessed $350, ordered to complete a Driver Alcohol Education Program at a cost of $957.76 and her license was suspended for 45 days. A charge of negligent operation of a motor vehicle was not prosecuted.
Alicia A. Hansen, 32, of 130 Valley View Ave., Woronoco, was released on his personal recognizance pending a June 22 hearing after she was arraigned on a charge of shoplifting by concealing merchandise brought by Westfield police.
Lisa L. Rousselle, 44, of 251 Green Manor Road, Enfield, Connecticut, saw a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license brought by State Police not prosecuted.
Robert J. Wensley, 37, of 3 Lathrop Ave., saw charges of assault and battery on a family or household member and vandalizing property dismissed at the request of the alleged victim who asserted his Fifth Amendment rights and refused to testify. In a second case also brought by Westfield police, a charge of violation of an abuse prevention order was also dismissed the request of the named victim.
Scott A. Nadeau, 36, of 16 Day Ave., was released on his personal recognizance pending a June 10 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of operating an unregistered motor vehicle, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and a number plate violation to conceal identification brought by Southwick police. In a second case brought by Westfield police, Nadeau was again released on his personal recognizance pending a June 10 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and speeding.
