Seth R. Lombard-Hawthorne, 22, of 5 Meadow St., had charges of distributing Class A Drug and possession of Class A Drug dismissed after being indicted and arraigned in Superior Court, brought by Westfield police.

Levi Gonzalez, 19, of 1215 Carew St., Springfield, was released on his personal recognizance pending a June 10 hearing after being arraigned on charges of not having inspection sticker and operating motor vehicle with license suspended, brought by Westfield police.

Kerry Robbins, 36, of 1A Gillette Ave., had charges of operating a motor vehicle with license suspended continued without finding dismissed upon payment of $50 and was found not responsible for speeding, brought by Westfield police.

Jason Kliminsky, 29, of 17 Willard Ave., Newington, Conn., had charges of operating a motor vehicle with license suspended continued without finding dismissed upon payment of $50 and was found not responsible for charges of failing to stop/yield, brought by Southwick police.

Tyler G. Lyttle, 23, of 140 Russell Road, was held in lieu of $500 cash bail pending a May 11 hearing after being arraigned on charges of felony breaking & entering daytime, larceny from building and vandalizing property, brought by Westfield police.

Sean T. Csogi, 27, of 600 Southampton Road, was released on his personal recognizance pending a June 8 hearing after being arraigned on charges of malicious damage to motor vehicle, brought by Westfield police.

Thomas Brennan, 29, of 150 S. Quarter Road, Russell, was released on his personal recognizance pending a June 13 hearing after being arraigned on charges of negligent operation of motor vehicle, operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor and marked lanes violation, brought by Southwick police.

Kaitlyn M. Small, 26, of 35 Orange St., was released on his personal recognizance pending a June 14 hearing after being arraigned on charges of possession of Class A drug, brought by Westfield police.
