Patricia A. Hill, 61, of 16 Monroe St. , was released on her personal recognizance pending a July 12 hearing after she was arraigned on two charges of improper use of a credit card valued less than $250 and charges of improper use of a credit card valued more than $250, improper receiving of a credit card valued more than $250 and larceny of property valued more than $250 by a single scheme brought by Westfield police.
Jeffrey R. Pyzocha, 28, of 34 Mazarin St., Indian Orchard, saw a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license brought by State Police not prosecuted due to insufficient evidence.
Mark J. Glunt, 46, of 160 Point Grove Road, Southwick, was found to be responsible for a charge of operating a motor vehicle without a valid inspection sticker and was assessed $50. A charge of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle was dismissed by the court.
Nicholas Krupa, 24, of 35 Orange St., was released on his personal recognizance pending a July 9 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of improper operation of a motor vehicle, operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and operating a motor vehicle without a valid inspection sticker brought by Westfield police.
Robert J. Garlick, 58, of 44 West St., Easthampton, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for three months. He was assessed $50 and found to be responsible for a charge of operating an unregistered motor vehicle.
Willie J. French, 28, of 50 Christopher St., Chicopee, was ordered to remain drug and alcohol free and be subject to random testing when he was released on his personal recognizance pending a July 12 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of negligent operation of a motor vehicle, operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, operating under the influence of drugs, possession of a Class C drug and possession of a Class B brought by Westfield police.

Kristine Baxter, 23, of 28 Union St., submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for one month. She was assessed $50 and found to be not responsible for a charge of operating a motor vehicle without a valid inspection sticker.
Jose A. Velez, 45, of 15 Fowler St., submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of resisting arrest brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding and dismissed upon payment of a $50 assessment. A charge of disorderly conduct was not prosecuted.
Adam J. Toporowski, 41, of 21 Ellsworth St., pleaded guilty to two charges of larceny of property valued more than $250 by a single scheme, two charges of improper use of a credit card valued more than $250 and five charges of improper use of a credit card valued less than $250 brought by Westfield police and was sentenced to four 18 month terms in the house of correction and five 12 month terms in the house of correction, to be served concurrently with credit for time served awaiting trial
Joseph R. Campbell, 33, of 110 Point Grove Road, Southwick, was released on his personal recognizance pending a June 12 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of negligent operation a motor vehicle and a marked lanes violation brought by Southwick police.
Christine Benvenuto, 32, of 4 Fourth St., Southwick, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license brought by State Police and the charge was continued without a finding and dismissed upon payment of a $50 assessment. She was found to be not responsible for charges of operating a motor vehicle without the registration in his possession and operation of a motor vehicle without a valid inspection sticker. Charges of operating a motor vehicle with suspended registration and operating a motor vehicle without a valid inspection sticker were dismissed by the court.
