Joshua R. Kudelka, 27, of 8 ½ Pearl St., Westfield, was released on his personal recognizance and with pretrial conditions pending a June 7 hearing after being arraigned on a charge of larceny under $250, brought by Westfield Police.
Libette Diaz, 27, of 44 Miller St., Springfield, received one year probation after pleading guilty to a charge of larceny over $250 and a charge of reckless endangerment of a child. A charge of failure to stop for police was also pled guilty to which received a fine. A charge of operating a motor vehicle with a license suspended had sufficient facts found but continued without a finding for three months and an additional charge of reckless endangerment of a child was dismissed nolle prosequi. Charges originally brought by Westfield Police.
