Stephen J. Champiney, 29, of 16 Washington St., submitted to facts sufficient to warrant guilty findings for three charges of larceny from a building brought by Westfield police and the charges were continued without a finding with probation for one year. He was assessed $65 and a charge of unarmed burglary was not prosecuted. In each of four additional cases also brought by Westfield police. Champiney submitted to facts sufficient to warrant guilty findings for charges of breaking and entering a building in the nighttime with intent to commit a felony and larceny from a building and the charges were continued without a finding with probation for one year.
Shandoah R. Mason, 30, of 145 Main St., was released on her personal recognizance pending a June 5 hearing after she was arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle with a license revoked as a habitual traffic offender and operating a motor vehicle without a valid inspection sticker brought by Westfield police.
Willie J. Jiles, 57, of 20 Powell Ave., Springfield, was released on his personal recognizance pending a June 5 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of shoplifting by concealing merchandise (a subsequent offense) and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license (a subsequent offense) brought by Westfield police.
Kellie J. Burke, 42, of 1901 Plantation Key Circle, Brandon, Florida, was released on her personal recognizance pending a June 11 hearing after she was arraigned on a charge of kidnapping a minor by a relative.
Jeremy R. Labrecque, 25, of 227 Little River Road, was released on his personal recognizance pending a June 5 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of larceny from a building, improper use of a credit card and larceny of property valued more than $250 brought by Westfield police.
Guennadi Moskalemko, 39, of 16 Oak Ave., was placed on pretrial probation for six months after he was arraigned on a charge of assault and battery brought by Westfield police.
Ricky Santiago, 26, of 10 Franklin St., was released on his personal recognizance pending a June 26 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle without a valid inspection sticker and unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle brought by Westfield police.
Barbara Doull, 35, of 27A Main St., Chester, was released on her personal recognizance pending a June 1 hearing after she was arraigned on a charge of assault and battery brought by State Police.
