Luke R. Foley, 19, of 11 Shelburn Place, Wilmington, was released on his personal recognizance pending an April 4 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, being a person younger than the legal drinking age in possession of liquor and improper operation of a motor vehicle brought by Westfield State University police.
Graham W. Kilanowich, 22, of 38 Mechanic St., was found to be responsible for a charge of disorderly conduct brought by Westfield police and was assessed $100.
Dmitro O. Barynov, 28, of 55 Trumbel St., Hartford, Connecticut, pleaded guilty to a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, a subsequent offense, and was sentenced to a 60 day term in the house of correction, suspended, with probation for six months. He was assessed $50 and ordered to pay $500 in court costs.
Lindsay A. Larabee, 28, of 28 Washington St., was released on her personal recognizance pending a June 11 hearing after she was arraigned on a charge of assault and battery brought by Westfield police.
Alejandro Rodriguez Jr., 39, of 12 W. School St., was released on his personal recognizance pending a May 22 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of malicious damage to a motor vehicle brought by Westfield police.
Tyler D. Craig, 25, of 9 Park Ridge Drive, Huntington, saw charges of operating a motor vehicle with suspended registration and operating an uninsured motor vehicle brought by Westfield police dismissed upon payment of $100 in court costs.
Daniel J. Wall, 37, of 24 Summer St., submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of possession of a Class A drug brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for one year. He was assessed $50.
Eddie Camacho, 27, of 129 N. Elm St., was released on his personal recognizance pending a June 11 hearing after he was arraigned on two charges of open and gross lewdness and a charge of disorderly conduct brought by Westfield police. In a second case also brought by Westfield police, Camacho, with an address of 120 Oak Grove Ave., Springfield, was released on his personal recognizance pending a June 11 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of criminal harassment.
Troy Boisseau, 29, of 553 Montgomery Road, pleaded guilty to charge of breaking and entering a building in the nighttime with intent to commit a felony and larceny of property valued more than $250 brought by Westfield police and was sentenced to a one-year term in the house of correction, suspended, with probation for one year. He was assessed $90 and ordered to pay $2,278 in restitution.
