Leopoldo Loja, 24, of 33 Coomes St., Springfield, pleaded guilty to a charge of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and a number plate violation to conceal identification brought by Southwick police and was fined $200. Charges of operating an unregistered motor vehicle and operating an uninsured motor vehicle were not prosecuted.
Ricky L. Stephens, 27, of 7 Woodside Terrace, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for three months. He was assessed $50.
David M. Bettro, 30, of 8 Curtis Road, Southwick, was ordered to stay away from and refrain from abuse of the named victim when he was released on his personal recognizance pending a July 8 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of breaking and entering a building in the day time with intent to commit a felony and larceny of property valued less than $250 brought by Southwick police.
Grigory Kapiyelov, 54, of 65 Craig Drive, West Springfield, was released on his personal recognizance pending a July 8 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of larceny of property valued less than $250 brought by Westfield police.
Joseph R. Rollins, 57, of 868 Southampton Road, was held in lieu of $500 cash bail pending a May 7 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of violation of an abuse prevention order.
Guillermo G. Colon, 31, of 22 Church St., was ordered to remain drug free and be subject to random testing after he submitted to facts sufficient to warrant guilty findings for two charges of distribution of a Class A drug brought by Westfield police and the charges were continued without a finding with probation for one year. He was fined $100 and assessed $50. Colon pleaded guilty to a charge of possession of a Class A drug with intent to distribute and was placed on probation for a year. He was found to be responsible for a charge of possession of a Class D drug with intent to distribute and was assessed $100.
Kevin S. Romaniak, 22, of 919 Southampton Road, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license brought by State Police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for three months. He was assessed $50.
Brandon L. Keehn, 29, of 191 South St., Northampton, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of malicious damage to a motor vehicle brought by State Police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for one year. He was assessed $90. He pleaded guilty to two charges of assault and battery and was placed on probation for one year on each charge.
