Ryan T. McCarthy, 32, of 11 Cedar Lane, Ludlow, was released on his personal recognizance pending a July 8 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor (a subsequent offense), negligent operation of a motor vehicle and a marked lanes violation brought by Westfield police.
Nicholas J. Coffman, 25, of 131 Fort Pleasant Ave., Springfield, was released on his personal recognizance pending a July 1 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and operating a motor vehicle without a valid inspection sticker brought by Westfield police.
Joshua Vogel, 25, of 17 Oakdale Ave., saw a charge of larceny of property valued more than $250 brought by Westfield police not prosecuted.
John P. Woodward, 46, of 117 N. Elm St., pleaded guilty to two charges of assault and battery brought as separate cases by Westfield police and was sentenced to two concurrent 91 day terms in the house of correction, with credit for time served awaiting trial.
Bruce E. Esposito, 46, of 96 Fowler St., New Haven, Connecticut, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for three months. He was assessed $50 and found to be responsible for a charge of speeding.
Jonathan A. Berry, 22, of 9 Miller St., submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding and dismissed upon payment of fees and assessments totaling $100. He was found to be responsible for a charge of failure to stop or yield and was assessed $100.
Ashley M. Holmes, 31, of 62 Ridgecrest Drive, was ordered to stay away from and have no contact with the named victim when a charge of larceny of property valued more than $250 from a person 60 years-of-age or older brought by Westfield police was dismissed upon payment that day of $91.61 in restitution.
John D. Rusin, 55, 735 Memorial Drive, Chicopee, was released on his personal recognizance pending a July 1 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license brought by Westfield police.
Grady Hughes, 18, of 18 Pearlbrook Road, Southwick, was released on his personal recognizance pending a July 1 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of being a person younger than the legal drinking age in possession of liquor brought by Southwick police.
Richard Vega, 42, of 2 Lewis St., was released on his personal recognizance pending a July 2 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of assault and battery brought by Westfield police.
