John D. Lamountain, 40, of 245 Elm St., Westfield, was released on personal recognizance pending a May 26 hearing after being arraigned on charges of reckless endangerment of a child, assault and battery on a police officer, disorderly conduct, trespassing and resisting arrest, brought by Westfield Police.

Isac R. Hernandez, of 6 Sacket St., Westfield, received a one-year sentence to House of Corrections with credit for time served after pleading guilty to charges of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon amended to assault and battery, possession of firearm without FID card and discharging firearm within 500 feet of building; the latter charge had a sentence of three months to House of Corrections and the other two charges had a sentence of one year to House of Corrections, with charges running concurrent. A charge of reckless endangerment of a child was dismissed nolle prosequi. All charges originally brought by Westfield Police.

Ashley L. Delgado, 28, of 299 Chapin Terr., Springfield, was released on $200 cash bail pending a May 19 hearing after being arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle with license suspended, number plate violation to conceal ID, uninsured motor vehicle and unregistered motor vehicle, brought by Westfield Police.

Christopher C. Dziedzina, 34, of 3 Kimberly Dr., Southwick, was released on $100 cash bail and with pretrial conditions pending a May 26 hearing after being arraigned on charges of assault with a dangerous weapon and assault on family/household member, brought by Southwick Police.

Jeremy D. Strong, 26, of 20B Blandford Stage Road, Russell, was released on $500 personal surety and with pretrial conditions pending a May 25 hearing after being arraigned on resisting arrest, brought by Westfield Police.

Tyler E. Dancer, Jr., 24, of 65 Danek Dr., Westfield, received a six-month sentence to House of Corrections for 12 charges stemming back to February 2016, with charges running concurrent.

David S. Hart, 54, of 90 Highbridge Road, West Simsbury, was released on $200 cash bail pending a June 2 hearing after being arraigned on charges of operating under the influence of liquor, operating motor vehicle with license suspended and possession of open container of alcohol in motor vehicle, brought by Granville Police.
