Francis Bozak, 33, of 306 Russell Road, pleaded guilty to a charge operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor, a third offense, brought by Westfield police and was placed on probation for one year. He was assessed $350, ordered to complete a Driver Alcohol Education Program at a cost of $567.22 and a charge of negligent operation of a motor vehicle was not prosecuted.
Aaron Benoit, 26, of 14 Kelso Ave., West Springfield, was held without right to bail after being arraigned as a fugitive from justice. He submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding and dismissed. He was found to be not responsible for a charge of operating a motor vehicle without a valid inspection sticker.
Ashley M. Cos, 21, of 400 Loomis St., submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of receiving stolen property valued more than $250 brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for a year. She was assessed $90. In a second case also brought by Westfield police, Cos again submitted to facts sufficient to warrant guilty findings for charges of receiving stolen property valued more than $250 and larceny of property valued less than $250 and the charges were also continued without a finding with probation for one year. She was assessed an additional $90.
Angelo M. Gonzales, 28, of 29 Russell Road, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant guilty findings for charges of disorderly conduct and assault and battery on a police officer brought by Westfield police and the charges were continued without a finding with probation for one year. He was assessed $50.
William Guzman-Sanchez, 25, of 7 Gerald Way, Holyoke, was released on $1,000 cash bail pending a July 10 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license (a subsequent offense) and operating a motor vehicle without a valid inspection sticker.
Donald P. Flynn, 55, of no known address in Westfield, pleaded guilty to a charge of violation of an abuse prevention order and was placed on probation for six months. He was assessed $50.
