Nicole A. Desuo, 40, of 200 Narragansett Boulevard, Chicopee, entered a not guilty plea to charge of operating a motor vehicle while under the influence, subsequent offense, and failing to keep within the marked street lanes, charges brought by Southwick police, released on personal recognizance;
Michael Ciebotter, 49, of 53 Ashley St., Springfield entered a not guilty plea on change of distributing obscene material, Springfield police charged suspect, who was formerly a school teacher in Springfield, with emailing a photograph of his buttocks to a sixth-grade student who was visiting a friend when she received the photograph and informed friend’s parents who contacted police, case was moved from Springfield District Court to Westfield court’s jurisdiction;
Timothy M. Jones, 39, of no know address, West Springfield, charged in Oct. of 2014 by Westfield police with operating a motor vehicle after suspension of license as a habitual traffic offender and receiving stolen property, court found subject guilty, subject was sentenced to four months in the Hampden County House of Correction, but given credit for time served while awaiting trail because of $2,000 cash bail requirement;
Rudy Cecchetell Jr., 47, of 32 Pine St., Springfield charged by state trooper, Russell barracks, with disturbing the peace, operating a motor vehicle after suspension of license and possession of a class A drug, the prescription drug Xanax; trooper reports that the clerk of the Cumberland Farms store on Route 20 in Russell called after a female patron complained about a man urinating in the parking lot, subject stood behind an open door of a motor vehicle, but patron, who was pumping gasoline, witnessed flow of urine hitting pavement and man readjusting his fly, trooper located the man and observed puddle in parking lot next to man’s vehicle, man admitted to urinating in public and was placed in custody, dispatched notified trooper of suspended license, prescription drug found in pocket during search of suspect, released on personal recognizance;
Yuriy Kontsemal, 35, of 36 Shannon Lane, charged by Westfield police with three counts of assault and battery on a family member, subject entered not guilty plea, released on $1,000 personal surety;
Glenn P. Young, 39, 126 Union St., charged by Westfield Police with use of a motor vehicle without authority and vandalism to private property, Young was also subject to a default warrant for failing to appear in court to answer to prior charges of operating a motor vehicle after suspension of his license and leaving the scene of a property damage accident, not guilty plea entered, bail set at $100 cash;
Ashley A. Smith, 27, of 186 Old County Road, Windsor Locks, charged by Southwick police with breaking and entering a building in the daytime, possession of burglary tools, possession of a class A substance, heroin, and destruction of property over $250, officer reports neighbor observed subject going to rear area of Lakeview Street residence. Owner of the property not currently residing at location which has been entered in the past by homeless drug users, not guilty plea entered, bail set at $1,000 cash nor $10,000 personal surety;
