James R. Maynard, 20, of 18 Brooks Road, Winchendon, Mass., had charges of disturbing the peace decriminalized and dismissed upon payment of $100 and had charges of person under 21 possessing liquor dismissed upon payment of $50, brought by Westfield police.
Michael W. Hadley, 44, of 29 Lakemont St., Southwick, was released on his personal recognizance pending a June 2 hearing after being arraigned on charges of misdemeanor breaking & entering and larceny under $250, brought by Southwick police.
Kevin J. Charizione, 33, of 27 Feeding Hills Road, Southwick, was released on his personal recognizance pending a June 9 hearing after being arraigned on charges of larceny under $250, and was released on his personal recognizance pending a June 9 hearing on separate charges of disorderly conduct, brought by Southwick police.
Cassidy D. Turene, 20, of 10 First Ave., Easthampton, had charges of possession to distribute a Class D drug dismissed upon payment of $150 and had $438 in cash forfeited, brought by Westfield police.
