Jonathan T. Brown, 32, of 59 Orange St., was released on $1,000 personal surety pending a May 2 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of possession of a Class A drug brought by State Police.
Jason M. Brooks, 39, of 165 Crest Lane, Granville, pleaded guilty to charges of intimidating a witness, furnishing a false name when arrested, operating a motor vehicle without a license in his possession, operating a motor vehicle without its registration in his possession, operating a motor vehicle without a valid inspection sticker, operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, being a motor vehicle operator who refuses to identify himself, possession of a Class A drug (a subsequent offense), and possession of a Class B drug (a subsequent offense) brought by State Police. He was sentenced to six concurrent one year terms in the house of correction. A charge of being a fugitive from justice was not prosecuted.
Jared R. Graham, 21, of 1185 Huntington Road, Russell, was released on $500 personal surety pending a June 13 hearing after he was arraigned on four charges of vandalizing property brought by Southwick police.
Yelena Kostyushko, 27, of 177 Meadow St., was released on $200 cash bail pending a June 7 hearing after she was arraigned on charges of breaking and entering a building in the daytime with intent to commit a felony, allowing improper use of a credit card valued less than $250, improper use of a credit card valued less than $250 and larceny of property valued more than $250 brought by Westfield police.
Scott D. Dana Jr., 32, of 73A Worthington Road, Huntington, was released on his personal recognizance pending a June 7 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of operating under the influence of liquor, negligent operation of a motor vehicle and a motor vehicle lights violation brought by Westfield police.
Derek R. Bernard, 25, of 6 Hidden Place, Southwick, was released on his personal recognizance pending a June 5 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of operating under the influence of liquor, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, failure to drive on the right side of the road, speeding and a marked lanes violation brought by Westfield police.
Dale N. Guerrette, 53, of 306 Woodland Way, Russell, was released on his personal recognizance pending an April 26 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of operating under the influence of liquor, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, possession of an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle and a marked lanes violation brought by Westfield police.
