Patricia Laplante, 52, of 45 Point Grove Road, Southwick, was released on her personal recognizance pending a May 24 hearing after being arraigned on charges of assault & battery, brought by Southwick police.
Jennifer L. Trempe, 33, of 474 Main Road, Granville, was placed on three months probation after charges of larceny under $250 were continued without finding, brought by Granville police.
Gerald Desjardins, 32, of 146 Overlook Drive, West Springfield, was released in lieu of $200 cash pending a May 27 hearing after being arraigned on charges of two counts of shoplifting by asportation and assault & battery with a dangerous weapon and was released on his personal recognizance pending a May 27 hearing after being arraigned on separate charges of possession of Class A drug subsequent offense, brought by Westfield police.
Tiffany Kudlic, 28, of 266 North St., Feeding Hills, was released on her personal recognizance pending a June 3 hearing after being arraigned on charges of larceny under $250 by single scheme and credit card fraud under $250, brought by Southwick police.
Christopher M. Turgeon, 19, of 60 Granville Road, Southwick, was placed on 6 months pretrial probation on charges of reckless operation of motor vehicle and was found not responsible for marked lanes violation, brought by Southwick police.
Randi B. Haskins, 20, of 15 Otis Court, Springfield, had charges of operating a motor vehicle with license suspended dismissed upon payment of $100 and had charges of operating a motor vehicle with registration suspended and number plate violation to conceal identity, brought by Westfield State University police, dismissed.
