David E. Phillips 44, of 3 Jefferson St., Westfield, received a 150-day sentence to House of Corrections and was credited with time served after pleading guilty to a charge of assault and battery to a family or household member, brought by Westfield Police.

Amy Savoy, 33, of Huntington, received a six-month sentence to House of Corrections and was credited with time served after pleading guilty to a charge of possession of a class A drug, brought by Westfield Police.

Jacob M. Samborski, 27, of 13 Laurel St., Westfield, received a six-month sentence to House of Corrections and credit for time served after pleading guilty to a charge of assault with a dangerous weapon, brought by Westfield Police.

Dashawn Coles, 24, of 21 Irving St., West Springfield, was released in lieu of $1,000 cash bail pending an Oct. 21 hearing after being arraigned on charges of possession to distribute class B drug, conspiracy to violate drug law and distribute class B drugs, brought by Westfield Police.

Melissa B. Heishman, 37, of 6 Tow Path Lane, Westfield, was released on personal recognizance pending an Oct. 24 hearing after being arraigned on a charge of assault and battery on a family or household member, brought by Westfield Police.

Angel L. Dejesus, 25, of 6 Tow Path Lane, Westfield, was released on personal recognizance pending an Oct. 24 hearing after being arraigned on a charge of assault and battery on a family or household member, brought by Westfield Police.

Dasmine D. Atkins, 27, of 886 1/2 Dwight St., Holyoke, was released on personal recognizance pending an Oct. 21 hearing after being arraigned on charges of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, motor vehicle lights violation and speeding, brought by Westfield Police.

Tyriek Dixon, 26, of 30 Middle St., Springfield, was released in lieu of $1,000 cash bail pending an Oct. 21 hearing after being arraigned on charges of possession to distribute class B drug, conspiracy to violate drug laws and distributing class B drugs, brought by Westfield Police.
