Eddie Camacho, 28, of 129 N. Elm St., Apt. 3 Flr, was given an 18-month sentence suspended to August 10, 2017 and ordered to pay $50 per month while on probation (waived till November 15) and ordered to stay away from Dunkin’ Donuts and the victim after pleading guilty to open and gross lewdness and disorderly conduct and had another count of open and gross lewdness, brought by Westfield police, dismissed plus he received pretrial probation until August 10, 2016 on separate charges of criminal harassment, brought by Westfield police.
James N. Merati, 25, of 1 Oak Terrace, was released on $100 cash bail pending a September 18 hearing after being arraigned on charges of negligent operation of a motor vehicle, possession of a Class A drug and inhaling glue/toxic substance, brought by Westfield police.
Emilio J. Garcia Cappas, 19, of 185 Farnum Drive, Holyoke, received six months probation after charges of number plate violation to conceal identity and receiving stolen property were continued without finding and had charges of forging/misusing RMV documents, brought by Westfield State University police, dismissed and he received concurrent six months probation after separate charges of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and receiving stolen property were dismissed without finding and was found not responsible for charges of improper operation of a motor vehicle, brought by Westfield State University police.
Eric Williams, 44, of 189 Springfield Road, Apt 15, was released on his personal recognizance pending an October 9 hearing after being arraigned on charges of assault and battery, assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, assault and battery on a person 60+/disabled with injury and witness/juror/police/court official intimidation, brought by Westfield police.
Samuel Mullins, 23, of 418 Meadow St., Apt. B4, Agawam, received one year probation, ordered to pay $65 per month while on probation, fined $707 and received a 45-day loss of license after charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor were continued without finding, charges of negligent operation of a motor vehicle were dismissed and was found not responsible for marked lanes violation and speeding, brought by Southwick police.
Melissa A. Lakavich, 44, of 24 Harvard St., Apt. B, received one year probation after charges of assault and battery were continued without finding and had charges of aggravated assault and battery, brought by Westfield police, dismissed.
Michael D. Keier, 20, of 15 Avery Street, was released on $500 cash bail pending a September 18 hearing after being arraigned on charges of assault and battery on a family/household member, brought by Westfield police.
Brian Glasheen, 50, of 69 Court St., Apt. 2, received six months probation and ordered to pay $50 per month while on probation after charges of violating an abuse prevention order were continued without finding, brought by Westfield police.
Ivelisse Rodriguez, 40, of 93 Thompson St., Apt. 2nd, Springfield, had charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license continued without finding, to be dismissed upon payment of $350, brought by Westfield police.
Nathan Czerniak, 23, of 98 Montgomery Road, was released on his personal recognizance pending a September 1 hearing after being arraigned on charges of disorderly conduct, brought by Westfield police.
