Warren A. Lovoice Jr., 50, of 181 Barnard Road, saw charges of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, operating a motor vehicle with suspended registration and operating an uninsured motor vehicle brought by Granville police not prosecuted.

Keith J. Henchey, 25, of 97 Pequot Point Road, was released on his personal recognizance pending an Oct. 3 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, operating a motor vehicle without a valid inspection sticker and speeding in violation of special regulations brought by Westfield police.
Michael R. Greco, 22, of 9 North Pond Road, Southwick, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant guilty findings for charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, operating a motor vehicle with suspended registration and operating an uninsured motor vehicle brought by Southwick police and the charges were continued without a finding with probation for three months. He was assessed $50.
Arson R. Bills, 34, of 17 River Front Street, Chester, was released on his personal recognizance pending an Oct. 13 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of assault and battery brought by State Police.
Kyle Toee, 28, of 112 Main St., was found to be responsible for charges of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and speeding brought by State Police and was assessed $50.
