William A. Sampsel, 49, of 13 Murphy Circle was released on his personal recognizance pending a September 11 hearing after being arraigned on charges of trespass, brought by Westfield police.
Melissa A. Melloni, 31, of no known address was released on her personal recognizance pending a September 11 hearing after being arraigned on charges of trespass, brought by Westfield police.
Yuriy Zharkikh, 30, of 28 Northwood St., Chicopee, received six months probation, ordered to pay $50 per month while on probation and received a 60-day loss of license after pleading guilty to negligent operation of a motor vehicle and marked lanes violation and had charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor, brought by Westfield police, dismissed.
Robert J. Garlick, 61, of 84 Cosgrove Ave., Agawam, had charges of distributing a Class B drug, brought by Westfield police, dismissed.
Paul E. Govoni, 52, of 14 Oak Lane, Feeding Hills, was released on his personal recognizance pending a September 14 hearing after being arraigned on charges of not having an inspection sticker, uninsured motor vehicle and unregistered motor vehicle, brought by State Police Russell.
Kevin M. Grindle, 30, of 11 Morris St., Apt. 2, was released on his personal recognizance pending an October 1 hearing after being arraigned on charges of assault and battery on a family/household member and witness/juror/police/court official intimidation, brought by Westfield police.
