Terrance D. Stuckey-Leak, 29, of 126 Union St., Bldg. 1, Apt. 15, will have charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended licensed, amended to subsequent offense, dismissed upon payment of $150 due by September 7, brought by Westfield police.
Eric D. Sadler, 24, of 28 Brenda Drive, was held without right to bail due to dangerousness pending a September 2 hearing after being arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor, 3rd offense, marked lanes violation, motorized scooter violation and failing to stop/yield, brought by State Police Russell.
Pauline A. Nye, 38, 3 Gibbs Road, Blandford, was released on her personal recognizance pending an October 14 hearing after being arraigned on charges of assault and battery, brought by Russell State Police.
Zachary R. Edwards, 22, of 16 Jefferson St., Apt. 2fl, was released on his personal recognizance pending a September 11 hearing after being arraigned on charges of assault and battery on a family/household member and strangulation or suffocation, brought by Westfield police.
Daniel J. Larrabee, 45, of 20 Margerie St., was released on his personal recognizance pending an October 28 hearing after being arraigned on charges of violating an abuse prevention order, brought by Westfield police.
