Dennis R. Rosa-Roman, 19, of 48 Taylor Street, was enjoined from making any threats or violence toward the alleged victim and was placed on pretrial probation for six months after he was arraigned on a charge of intimidating a witness brought by Westfield police.
Eduardo Roman-Colon, 20, of 59 Main St., Holyoke, admitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and the charge was continued without a finding and dismissed upon payment of fees and assessments totaling $100. He was found to be responsible for charges of operating an unregistered motor vehicle and transporting a child younger than eight years-of-age or less than 58 inches tall without a car seat and was assessed $125.

Lindsay Larabee, 26, of 11 Allen Ave., saw a charge of assault and battery brought by Southwick police dismissed at the request of the victim.
Emily A. Seymour, 19, of 67 Wilmont St., Chicopee, was enjoined from making any threats or violence toward the alleged victim and was released on her personal recognizance pending a Nov. 1 hearing after she was arraigned on charges of larceny of a motor vehicle and forgery on a motor vehicle title brought by Westfield police.
Sarah A. Moodie, 28, of 4 Dwight St., was enjoined from making any threats or violence toward the alleged victim and was released on her personal recognizance pending a Nov. 2 hearing after she was arraigned on a charge of assault and battery brought by State Police.
James L. Thibodeau, 47, of 868 Southampton Road, admitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of leaving the scene of a property damage accident brought by State Police and the charge was continued without a finding and dismissed upon payment a $50 assessment.
Dmitriy V. Pyatachenko, 19, of 48 Taylor Ave., was enjoined from making any threats or violence toward the alleged victim and was placed on pretrial probation for six months after he was arraigned on a charge of intimidating a witness brought by Westfield police.
Stephen F. Burrell, 59, of 138 Main St., was enjoined from making any threats or violence toward the alleged victim and was ordered to comply with all protective orders when he arraigned on two charges of violation of a protective order brought as separate cases by Westfield police.
Steven E. Girroir, 18, of 81 Granville Road, Southwick, saw a charge of assault and battery brought by Southwick police dismissed.
Jeffrey P. Donnelly, 29, of 44 Notre Dame St., Springfield, was found not guilty in jury trials for charges of violation of a harassment protection order brought by Westfield police and Worcester State College police.
Savuth Vith, 23, of 183 Feeding Hills Road, Southwick, was found guilty of charges of breaking and entering in the daytime with intent to commit a felony and putting a person in fear and larceny from a building brought by Westfield police and was sentenced to concurrent 18 month terms in the house of correction and was assessed $180.  In a separate case also brought by Westfield police, Vith was found guilty of two charges of breaking and entering a vehicle in the nighttime with intent to commit a felony and was sentenced to two additional concurrent 18-month terms. He was also found guilty of a charge of larceny of property valued more than $250 and was assessed $90.
