Jenny Colon, 46, of 40 Franklin St., submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding and dismissed upon payment of fees and assessments totaling $100.
Jeffrey C. Audette, 26, of 1116 Pleasant St., Fall River, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for three months. He was assessed $50 and found to be not responsible for a motor vehicle lights violation.
Christopher M. Lavigne, 35, of 26 Blandford Road, Huntington, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license brought by State Police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for three months. He was assessed $50 and found to be not responsible for a charge of operating a motor vehicle without a valid inspection sticker. In a separate case also brought by State Police, Lavigne submitted to facts sufficient to warrant guilty findings for charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and operating a motor vehicle with a missing registration sticker and those charges were also continued without a finding for three months. He was assessed $85 and found to be not responsible for a charge of operating a motor vehicle without a license in his possession.
Chase J. Quinn, 29, of 8 Conner Ave., saw a charge of wanton destruction of property valued less than $250 brought by Westfield police dismissed at the request of the alleged victim.
Brittany E. Cox, 26, of 14 Livingstone Ave., was released on her personal recognizance pending an Oct. 16 hearing after she was arraigned on charges of negligent operation of a motor vehicle and operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor brought by Westfield police.
Sabrina Georgantas, 33, of 8 Cycle St., was released on her personal recognizance pending an Oct. 16 hearing after she was arraigned on charges of leaving the scene of a property damage accident, operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and a state highway traffic violation brought by Westfield police.
Christine M. Benvenuto, 33, of 4 Fourth St., Southwick, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle brought by Southwick police and the charge was continued without a finding and dismissed upon payment of fees and assessments totaling $100. She was found to be responsible for a charge of speeding and was assessed $100.

Michael Addai-Mireku, 22, of 300 Maple St., Springfield, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for three months. He was assessed $50 and found to be not responsible for a charge of failure to wear a seat belt and a miscellaneous motor vehicle equipment violation.
